T-Swift fans all across the Valley, we have something special for you… Valleywise Health Foundation is raffling two Taylor Swift tickets as a part of the LIVE 101.5 RISE for Valleywise!

Raffle tickets are available for $50 each. One person can purchase up to five raffle tickets. Proceeds will benefit critical program and patient needs at Valleywise Health.

You must be 18 years or older and an Arizona resident to purchase and win. Raffle sales will end at 5 p.m. on December 15, the day of our radio-giving event. Valleywise Health Foundation affiliates including staff, board members, Valleywise Health senior leaders and District Board members are not eligible to participate.

Raffle tickets are not tax deductible.
