Providing Backpacks and School Supplies to Students in Maricopa County’s Most Vulnerable Communities

Thanks to our generous supporters, our annual Backpack Drive provides over 3,000 children with backpacks and school supplies each year, ensuring they start the school year prepared, healthy, and ready to learn.

During the 2024 summer backpack drive, we exceeded our campaign goal and raised more than $75,000 to support back-to-school readiness and provide supportive programming year-round at our eight Valleywise Health Family Resource Centers.
