Bill Goodwin is the founder and managing partner of Growth Optimized, a strategic coaching and consulting firm focused on helping mid-sized businesses scale effectively. Prior to launching his firm, Bill spent more than 20 years leading and transforming entrepreneurial organizations across multiple industries.

Most recently, he led virtual healthcare initiatives for Walmart, expanding access to medical and behavioral health services nationwide. He also served as CEO of a national telehealth company, where he significantly scaled the business before its successful acquisition.

Bill is a Certified Scaling Up Coach and is passionate about helping leaders build high-performing, people-centered organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Colorado State University, and completed his Master’s in Business Administration at the prestigious Thunderbird University’s MBA program. Based in Arizona for the past 30 years, Bill enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
