Brian Spicker is an accomplished nonprofit leader with decades of experience advancing community impact across Arizona. He most recently served as President and CEO of the Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation, where he led significant growth in fundraising, partnerships, and student support initiatives.

During his tenure, Brian expanded the Foundation’s endowment, increased annual fundraising, and launched major campaigns, including EmpowerED for Student Success. He also led efforts to meet critical community needs during the pandemic by strengthening emergency and basic needs funding for students.

Previously, Brian spent 17 years at Valley of the Sun United Way, where he led large-scale initiatives in housing, early childhood development, and community impact. He has also held leadership roles in nonprofit and healthcare-related organizations throughout his career.

Brian is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing others. He remains actively involved in the nonprofit sector through advisory and leadership roles across Arizona.
