Jennifer Villalobos is a dynamic leader and advocate within both the commercial real estate and philanthropic spheres, bringing a unique blend of business acumen and social responsibility to her endeavors. Currently serving as an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, Jennifer specializes in tenant representation and landlord leasing across the metro Phoenix area. With a keen focus on Class A building owners and developers, she has established herself as a trusted advisor in the industry.

Prior to her role at Cushman & Wakefield, Jennifer spent five impactful years in the commercial real estate sector, where she served as the Vice President of Business Development & Marketing for a prominent General Contractor. During this time, she not only played a pivotal role in building the company’s executive team and enhancing brand visibility but also demonstrated her commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion. Jennifer’s passion for breaking down barriers led her to found Girls Can Build, an Arizona-based initiative dedicated to empowering women in construction, design, and engineering. Through her leadership, the initiative successfully raised over $250,000 to support its flagship project, the Mobile Building Space program.

Jennifer’s dedication to making a difference extends beyond her professional endeavors. She is a founding member of the American Cancer Society’s groundbreaking initiative, Latinos Contra El Cancer Arizona chapter. Under her guidance as board chair, the initiative evolved into a nationally recognized platform, raising over $400,000 to support cancer research and advocacy efforts within the Latino community.

As a first-generation Latina with roots in migrant farm working families, Jennifer’s personal experiences fuel her commitment to bridging gaps in education and healthcare. Armed with a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Translation and Interpretation, she combines her expertise with a genuine desire to serve her community. Jennifer’s tireless dedication to her career and philanthropic endeavors has earned her recognition as a Phoenix Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient in the Class of 2020 and an Outstanding Women in Business honoree in 2023.

With her unwavering passion, strategic vision, and servant’s heart, Jennifer Villalobos continues to drive positive change, advocate for marginalized communities, and lead the way towards a brighter, more inclusive future in both healthcare and beyond.
