Jenni McCarthy, Vice President Business Development West at Richard, is a seasoned executive in commercial construction and real estate development, with more than 20 years of experience focused on business development, marketing, and building lasting client relationships across the Southwest region. She began her career in the Valley with NAIOP, where she gained early insight into the role development plays in shaping communities and expanding economic opportunity.

Over the course of her career, Jenni has worked with nationally recognized construction firms, helping to grow their presence across a broad range of sectors, including life sciences, healthcare, higher education, technology, hospitality, and aviation. She is known for her ability to connect people, identify opportunities, and bring a strategic, forward-thinking approach to growth.

Jenni remains engaged with NAIOP and ISPE, where she is the past Chair of Women in Pharma. She is deeply committed to mentorship, collaboration, and supporting the next generation of industry leaders.
