Andrea Whiting believes data has the power to tell stories, strengthen communities, and drive meaningful change. As Donor Database Manager for Valleywise Health Foundation, she oversees the Foundation’s donor records and reporting systems, ensuring the information behind every gift helps support the organization’s mission and impact.

Andrea brings a diverse background in healthcare, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement to her role. Prior to joining the Foundation, she spent nearly ten years in healthcare development and nursing recruitment. She also co-founded a Phoenix-based nonprofit organization focused on civic education and voter engagement, where she led operations and data management. Her connection to Valleywise Health began years when she worked with the health system as a community partner.

A proud Phoenix native, Andrea was born and raised in Central Phoenix and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also a fellow with the UCLA Latino Policy and Politics Institute, where she focused on data analytics and advocacy.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her husband and son. Together, they love exploring new places and cultures and creating meaningful experiences as a family.
