
Chris Marshall
Major Gifts Officer
Chris Marshall brings more than thirty years of nonprofit leadership experience to his role as Major Gifts Officer at Valleywise Health Foundation. He has led diverse fundraising strategies, built strong boards and teams, cultivated committed donors, and developed missiondriven programs. His creativity and dedication have supported many respected organizations across the philanthropic landscape.
Most recently, Chris served as Chapter President for the Arizona/Nevada/New Mexico market of the National MS Society. He has also held roles with Executive Council Charities, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale, ASU President’s Club and Valley of the Sun United Way. His innovative approach and talent for building lasting relationships have helped these organizations exceed goals and deepen their community impact.
Chris is originally from Colorado but has called the Valley his home since 1995. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands and an MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He remains active in the community, including more than fifteen years of service with the Kiwanis Club of Scottsdale.
Chris lives in Scottsdale and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and exploring his eclectic tastes in music and cinema. He is an avid sports fan and is always eager to hit the links for a round of golf.
